Three routes to engage with us on the methodology.

Request a Two-Day Workshop

The standard entry point. The workshop produces a diagnostic of your team’s current zone, an initial Functional Ontology draft for your highest-priority capability domain, and a scoped twelve-week SE Foundation roadmap.

The workshop requires no infrastructure change and no commitment beyond the workshop itself.

• Your name, role, and company
• The application or workstream you would like the workshop to focus on
• The team’s current state (a one-paragraph description; the workshop will refine the diagnosis)
• Your timeframe preference

A member of the engagement team will respond within two business days to schedule.

Pricing and Engagement Inquiry

For procurement-led inquiries, scoping conversations, or RFPs.

To start a pricing conversation, write to: engage@accionlabs.com with:

• Your name, role, and company
• The scope you are exploring (workshop, Launch phase, Custodianship tier, FDE program, full multi-year engagement)
• Any procurement or contracting constraints worth flagging upfront
• Your timeframe

The engagement team will route the inquiry to the appropriate account lead and respond within two business days.

Analyst and Press Briefings

For industry analysts, journalists, and academics interested in the methodology.

To request an analyst briefing, write to: press@accionlabs.com with:

• Your name, publication or firm, and role
• The angle you are exploring (methodology category, custodianship discipline, the SDD-to-SE evolution, commercial models, etc.)
• Your timeframe and any embargo requirements

What to Expect

For workshop requests, our engagement team will respond with a proposed date, a list of attendees from Accion Labs (typically two: a methodology lead and an engagement lead), and a short pre-workshop questionnaire to focus the agenda.

For pricing inquiries, the response includes an initial scope confirmation and a proposed next conversation (typically a one-hour deep-scoping call before any pricing is shared).

For analyst briefings, the response includes the proposed attendees from Accion Labs, a one-page methodology summary, and a proposed agenda for the briefing.

We operate from 20+ global offices. The engagement team will route the inquiry to the office most aligned with your time zone and account context. The methodology is delivered consistently regardless of which office is the primary engagement point.
